Château Lapelletrie Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Manually harvested with grapes selected via sorting table in the vineyard. The wine is transferred to oak barrels (one-third new), then fined with egg after final racking for superior clarity. Deep cherry-red robe with hints of purple; dark fruits, liquorice and vanilla on the nose; a well-balanced attack with powerful structure, dark fruit and hints of mocha. Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, 75cl.
