Ricard Pastis de Marseille

This anise-based spirit is still made using Paul Ricard's original recipe, a secret since 1932. Subtle and refreshing with a distinct liquorice flavour, blending anise, liquorice and the herbs of Provence. Best served cold: 10cl chilled water to 2cl Ricard, ice added last. 45% ABV, 1L bottle.
